Active membership in the Penn State Alumni Association gives you access to our local Rochester Chapter. 
Membership is not required, but strongly encouraged. You are more than welcome to still participate in all chapter events!
Dues help the chapter to provide a send-off picnic to our students and their families and fund other chapter initiatives.
